Hey Guys, I’m Chelsey!
My name is Chelsey Odgers, better known in the teaching community as Hipster Art Teacher! I am a K-2 STEAM and art teacher in New Jersey who loves all things making. I graduated from Stockton University in 2012, where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications (graphic design) and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. I am the owner of the Etsy shop Hipster Art Teacher, selling hand lettered products to teachers all over the world! I also sell clip art, fonts, and classroom decor in my Teachers Pay Teachers store. My passion is sharing my love of art with students of all ages!

My custom clipboards combine my love for lettering and drawing/painting! I love being able to create unique, one of a kind artwork for teachers, nurses and even students!
CREATING
The word “create” best describes what I love to do! Whether I am painting, sculpting, or making a DIY craft for the classroom, I love to create new things!
Charlie
Charlie is an English Golden Retriever who loves playing with his toys, riding in my car, and going for walks! He loves being around people and other dogs. I love being his dog mom!

My love for Target grows stronger every day. No, really! I had the amazing opportunity to visit Target Corporate Headquarters in February 2020. Most days you can find me at Target filling the famous red cart full of goodies!
