LC Lauren Conrad Minnie Collection Review

LC Minnie Review-11

As I mentioned in my Polka Dot Princess post a few weeks ago, I love polka dots.  When I heard Lauren Conrad’s LC Lauren Conrad line was doing a Minnie Mouse themed collection (full of polka dots) I was so excited!  This is Lauren’s second collaboration with Disney (the first was a Cinderella inspired collection, which I also loved).  The LC Lauren Conrad line is perfect for me because I love Lauren Conrad’s style.  I grew up watching Laguna Beach and The Hills, and I follow her fashion and lifestyle blog,  The brand is ideal for the twenty something who has graduated college and is starting their first job or internship.  This red, white and blue collection in particular is perfect for the 4th of July!

After LC’s big announcement on Instagram & Facebook, I patiently waited for the line to be available online.  I ordered six pieces total…you can find links to all of the pieces I purchased below!  Although I buy from the line frequently, I was unsure what size I should order. I am usually an extra small or small, but the sizing can vary.  I went with the small for tops and the extra small for the bottoms.  When the pieces arrived, the tops were a little more loose than I prefer, so I ended up exchanging them for extra small sizes.  My advice is to size down when ordering from this collection.  The open back print dress is a tighter fit, so consider going in-store and trying it on to be sure it fits comfortably.

Overall, this teacher gives this collection an A+ !  I am so excited to wear these pieces to Disney World (hopefully in November!!)  Thank you Lauren Conrad for another cute collection!  Shop the pieces using the links below:
